This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled for the Fynaix mobile app and services.
By using Fynaix, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

Important Notes

Cancellation stops future renewals.

You will continue to have access to your remaining subscription period until it expires.

Subscription fees already paid are not refundable, except as outlined in Section 2.
2. Refund Eligibility
Fynaix operates on a strict no-refund policy because signals and services are delivered instantly.
Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

Duplicate payments caused by technical or banking errors

Technical issues that prevent access to the app or signals (verified by our support team)

Incorrect charges made due to system errors
If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Not Eligible for Refunds

Change of mind

User dissatisfaction with signal performance

Failure to use the service

Missed signals due to device or network issues

Trading losses or negative trade outcomes

Sharing or misuse of the account

Subscription already used (even partially)
3. Auto-Renewal Policy
All subscription plans may renew automatically unless canceled in advance.

You are responsible for managing cancellations before the renewal date.

Renewals already processed cannot be refunded unless they meet eligible conditions above.
4. Free Trials (If Applicable)
If Fynaix offers a free trial:

You may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, that payment becomes non-refundable.
5. Payment Disputes or Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback without contacting Fynaix support:

Your account may be suspended or permanently banned

Outstanding payments may be sent for recovery

Access to all services will be revoked immediately

6. Service Delivery Responsibility
Once signals are delivered via:

SMS

Email
-
WhatsApp
-
Telegram
-
Push notifications
They are considered received, and no refunds apply for missed or delayed alerts caused by:

Network issues

Device settings
-
Third-party platforms

Notification preferences

The updated version will be posted with a revised date.
Continued use of our platform means you accept the updated terms.
