Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests are managed for the Fynaix mobile app and its services. By using Fynaix, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • The Fynaix mobile app

  • Account Settings → Billing / Subscription

  • Emailing our support team at support@fynaix.com

Important Notes

  • Cancellation stops future renewals only.

  • You will continue to have access to your plan until your current subscription period expires.

  • Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, except under Section 2.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the renewal date.

  • Cancellations made within 3 days before renewal may still be charged due to processing timelines.


2. Refund Eligibility

Fynaix follows a strict no-refund policy because signals and digital services are delivered instantly.

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund

  • Duplicate or accidental payments caused by banking or technical errors

  • Verified technical issues preventing access to the app or signals

  • Incorrect or unauthorized charges caused by system errors

Refund for New Purchases (Within 3 Days)

If you request cancellation within 3 days of purchasing and your case qualifies:

  • The refund (if approved) will be processed within 7 working days

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with signal performance

  • Trading losses or negative outcomes

  • Not using the service

  • Missed signals due to network or device issues

  • Account sharing or misuse

  • Subscriptions already partially or fully used

  • Late cancellations (within the final 3 days before renewal)


3. Auto-Renewal Policy

All subscription plans may renew automatically unless canceled.

  • You must manage cancellations before the renewal date.

  • Renewal charges already processed are non-refundable, unless they qualify under refund conditions above.


4. Free Trials (If Applicable)

If Fynaix offers a free trial:

  • You may cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.

  • Once the trial converts into a paid plan, the charge becomes non-refundable.


5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed without contacting support:

  • Your account may be suspended or permanently banned

  • Outstanding balances may be forwarded for recovery

  • Access to all services will be revoked

We strongly recommend contacting support@fynaix.com before initiating a dispute.


6. Service Delivery Responsibility

Signals that are delivered via:

  • App notifications

  • SMS

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

  • Telegram

  • Push notifications

are considered delivered.

Refunds cannot be provided for missed alerts caused by:

  • Network issues

  • Device settings

  • Notification restrictions

  • Third-party platform delays


7. Changes to This Policy

Fynaix may update this policy at any time.
Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
